Please keep in mind the following:
? Do your best to arrive on time and always keep your phone out of sight (and sound) during class.
? Wear comfortable clothing, preferably not too loose, this allows for better observation of alignment in the body.
? Bare feet is best for yoga and life. An empty stomach is recommended (wait 2-3 hours after a heavy meal and 30 minutes after a light snack).
? Remember to drink water, after class.
? Develop a consistent practice and stick with it. It will be worth it.
? Inform the teacher if you have any injuries or medical problems, poses can be modified if needed.
